desert grasses—original landscape drawings

in my latest body of work, i blissfully explored the desert grasses in the high california desert. there is so much flora that thrives in these baren landscapes. one stroke, one blade at a time. i saw them all. and slowly these pictures came to life. together they embody nuance and movement, occurrence and stillness.
