mentorship terms

4 sessions throughout 2023.

Sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in duration.

The payment for this service is $1650. This will either be paid in full or in three monthly installments of $550.

If payment plan invoices become overdue, I reserve the right to pause mentorship sessions until payment has been made.

As you have invested in a 1:1 mentorship program, there is a no refund policy in place once we have commenced our mentorship engagement together. You have invested in a mentorship program as a whole, not for individual sessions, and it has been priced accordingly. The no refund policy also reflects the amount of time I dedicate and set aside for preparing for and attending our sessions together, and for messaging support offered in-between calls. This policy also helps you with your own accountability and commitment.

Confidentiality

Everything you share during our time together remains confidential between you and me.

Message support in-between calls

You will have unlimited messaging access to me in-between mentorship sessions and can expect a reply within 24-48 hours unless I am on vacation or out of the studio for personal reasons.

Honesty and transparency

I will answer all of your questions, concerns, and queries honestly and transparently, and I commit to using our time working together in the most productive, purposeful, and intentional way possible for you and your growth.

If you need to reschedule a call, 48-hour notice via email is required.

However, if there is an emergency on the day of our call and you need to reschedule, notice via email before our scheduled session is required to reschedule the call.

If you miss a session without notice or communication, the session is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.

If for personal reasons you would like to take a break from mentoring and postpone and reschedule our mentorship sessions, I will endeavor to make this possible for you. However, all unused mentorship sessions will expire after 12 months from when your mentorship program began.

Confidentiality

All notes and resources you receive from our mentorship sessions are for private use only; you do not have permission to republish or distribute them outside of the work we do together.

Honesty and transparency

For us to use our time working together as productively and purposefully as possible, honestly and transparency are needed from both of us to make mentoring transformative and useful for you. As your mentor, I create the space for you to ask questions, explore difficult topics, and tackle anything that may be holding you back in your creative endeavors. All I ask is that you approach our sessions and work together with honesty and transparency with any questions, concerns, and fears that may arise along the way.

During our mentorship calls, you are expected to be fully present and not undertake other activities such as driving or answering emails. This is to ensure that you are able fully to concentrate on our session and maximize the benefits of it.

As an artist who teaches other creatives, it is my responsibility to show up and deliver my best work for my clients. It’s the client's responsibility to show up and give our time together meaning, and apply what they learn in between sessions to make steady progress. I can’t guarantee results, all I can guarantee is that I will bring my full self to our time together - in the hopes that you will, too. As your art mentor, I am not responsible for any business decisions that you make and therefore I am not liable for any results that may come from your business decisions.

While mentorship sessions may benefit other areas of your life, it is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and the choices you make in relation to them is exclusively your responsibility. For this reason, I cannot guarantee any specific outcomes when you invest in my services or that all clients will achieve the same results.
